Terms & Condition

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR TECH HUB.

The following terms and conditions outline the standard operational policies and expectations governing the services offered by our digital training tech hub. These guidelines ensure a professional, efficient, and respectful learning environment for all participants.

  1. Enrollment and Payment Policy
All participants must complete the official registration process to enroll in any training program. Full or partial payment (as specified) must be made before the commencement of a course. Payment plans may be offered upon request and approval. Fees are non-refundable once the course has begun, except under exceptional circumstances approved by management. Failure to complete payment obligations may result in denial of access to course materials, certification, or participation in subsequent sessions. Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring that all financial obligations are met in a timely manner.

  2. Attendance and Participation Requirements
Learners are expected to attend all scheduled classes (online or in-person) and actively participate in discussions, group projects, and assignments. A minimum attendance rate—typically 80%—is required to receive a certificate of completion. Repeated tardiness or absenteeism may result in suspension or dismissal from the program. In hybrid or online settings, learners must ensure they have the necessary technology and internet access to participate fully. Missed sessions may be rescheduled based on availability, but makeup sessions are not guaranteed unless previously arranged with the instructor.

  3. Code of Conduct
All clients, learners, and staff are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment at all times. Discrimination, harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action, which may include removal from the program without a refund. Learners must respect the intellectual property rights of the tech hub and other participants. All course materials, including videos, slides, and project content, are for personal use only and may not be distributed or republished without permission.

  4. Use of Learning Materials and Intellectual Property
The digital training tech hub retains full ownership of all course content, materials, and proprietary tools developed as part of its programs. Enrolled participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials strictly for personal learning. Copying, sharing, reselling, or modifying training content without prior written consent is prohibited. The tech hub may record sessions for quality assurance or internal use, and by participating, learners consent to the use of these recordings unless otherwise stated in writing.

  5. Certification and Job Placement Disclaimer
Completion of a course does not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes. Certificates are awarded based on performance, attendance, and assessment completion. While the tech hub offers career or entrepreneurial support services—including resume reviews, job referrals, LinkedIn optimization and general mentorship—these services are advisory and do not constitute a job placement guarantee. Clients are encouraged to take personal responsibility for their job search efforts while utilizing the hub's support and network.

These terms are subject to change, and continued participation implies acceptance of any updates.
